- Not interfere with or disrupt the Services
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Employee Responsibilities
Employees specifically agree to:
- Provide accurate educational and employment history
- Only apply for positions for which they are qualified
- Respond professionally to employer communications
- Attend scheduled interviews and meetings
- Not misrepresent qualifications or experience
Employer Responsibilities
Employers specifically agree to:
- Provide accurate company information
- Post only legitimate job opportunities
- Comply with all applicable employment laws
- Not discriminate based on protected characteristics
- Respect candidate privacy and confidentiality
- Respond to candidates in a timely manner
Content and Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Vryfide and its licensors. Our trademarks, service marks, logos, and other branding elements may not be used without our prior written consent.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any media formats.
Content Standards
You agree not to post content that:
- Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activities
- Infringes upon any third party's intellectual property rights
- Contains hate speech, threats, or harassment
- Is sexually explicit or pornographic
- Contains viruses or malicious code
- Is false, misleading, or deceptive

Background Verification Services
Vryfide offers background verification services to help employers make informed hiring decisions. By using these services, you agree to the following:
Employee Consent
Employees explicitly consent to:
- Background checks being performed on their provided information
- Sharing verification results with potential employers
- The collection and processing of personal data for verification purposes
- Cooperating with verification procedures
Employer Use of Verification Services
Employers agree to:
- Use verification results only for employment purposes
- Comply with applicable laws regarding background checks
- Not discriminate based on legally protected information
- Maintain confidentiality of verification results
- Use the information fairly and responsibly
Verification Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all verification information is complete or error-free. Employers should use verification results as one factor in their hiring decisions, not the sole determinant.
Fees and Payments
Service Fees
Certain Services may be subject to fees. We will clearly disclose any applicable fees before you incur them. Fees may include:
- Subscription fees for premium employer accounts
- Charges for background verification services
- Fees for featured job postings or premium placement
- Other service-specific charges
Payment Terms
By using paid Services, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees in a timely manner
- Provide accurate billing information
- Authorize us to charge your provided payment method
- Accept that fees are non-refundable except as required by law
Taxes
You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your use of our Services, excluding taxes on our net income.
Privacy and Data Protection

Termination

Termination by Us

- Your account has been inactive for an extended period
- Our provision of Services to you is no longer commercially viable
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Services will immediately cease

- Any outstanding fees will become immediately due
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Service "As Is"
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
No Employment Guarantee
We do not guarantee that employees will find employment or that employers will find suitable candidates. We are not a party to any employment agreements between users.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vryfide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
- Any content obtained from the Services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vryfide and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, loss, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another
- Your interaction with other users
- Any content you post or share
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mumbai, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us individually. There is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought on a class action basis or in a purported representative capacity.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on our platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We encourage you to review the Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue your use of our Services.
Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vryfide regarding our Services.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
